​A big takeaway from our DEI Conference: Organizations that focus on DEI efforts experience greater business outcomes including increased employee loyalty, innovation, and overall performance. The program consisted of open conversations, invaluable resources and hands-on practice for building a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workspace.
