Since joining BNA in 2012, Jason has made it his mission to create a people-first, family-oriented work culture—something that's especially rare in the CPA world. That vision has paid off. Under his leadership, the firm has grown from a $2 million business in 2015 to a $7 million enterprise in 2025, including a remarkable 25% growth in the past year alone. BNA also recently launched a new Client Accounting Services department, expanding the firm's capabilities in tax advising and financial planning.

Jason’s entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond traditional accounting. He’s a cofounder of WealthRabbit, a Rock Hill-based fintech company simplifying Simple IRA plans for small businesses and accountants.

Beyond his impressive professional achievements, Jason is deeply invested in the York County community. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Arts Center at Fountain Park and has held board positions with Junior Achievement, the Fort Mill History Museum, and the Foundation for the Carolinas’ York County affiliate.
