Joe'Terrious Neal has built his career around one simple principle: every client deserves strong advocacy and genuine care. Since joining the firm in 2019, Joe has earned recognition from both clients and peers for his dedication and professionalism. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, has been named a National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 attorney, and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Joe's success has fueled significant growth in his practice and strengthened his role within the firm. While his path included experience across multiple areas of law, those experiences ultimately led him to personal injury work, where he has been able to combine his legal skills with a passion for helping others. 

Outside the courtroom, Joe is committed to serving the community. He served on the Board of Directors for Affinity Health Center from 2020 to 2026, including time as Treasurer, helping support access to quality healthcare throughout the region. He also contributes to the Foundation for Rock Hill Schools through its grant review committee and actively supports local churches and community initiatives.
