The City of Rock Hill

Joining more than 250 public power utilities nationwide, the City of Rock Hill’s Utilities- Electric Department has achieved the ‘Diamond’ RP3 Designation from the American Public Power Association. The designation, which lasts for 3 years, recognizes public power utilities that demonstrate proficiency in four key disciplines: reliability, safety, workforce development and system improvement.
