YCRC is more than just your typical membership organization. We work hard to provide unique programs and resources that assist local business owners and enhance our community. The York County Regional Chamber is made up of nearly 700 businesses and organizations from Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Tega Cay and York, and is accredited through the CACCE. YCRC is operated by an able and friendly staff, is governed by volunteer boards and councils made up of strong, diverse, and business-savvy community leaders.

President & CEO
Dean Faile is the President of YCRC and, among many other things, manages our Government Relations Task Force and Advocacy efforts, and represents the Chamber on a regional and state level.

Vice President of Talent and Workforce Development
Celeste Tiller works to address workforce needs impacting business development, retention and economic growth across York County. She serves as a connector between educators and employers to build a sustainable talent pipeline for our region.

Director of Programs & External Affairs
Mark Pursley manages all of our regional events, provides support to programs related to leadership development, member engagement, and advocacy; and directs our DEI Initiative. He also works to build closer working relationships between our members and local government officials.

Director of Organizational Advancement
Kathy Grier builds and maintains relationships with all members of our business community and, in order to ensure our long-term success, she also manages our 501(c)3 Foundation. From large manufacturers to hometown retailers, Kathy will help you find your place with the chamber.

Communications & Brand Strategist
Mollie Rose creates meaningful connections through marketing and communications. She works to produce engaging content to serve our members and build lasting relationships.

LIFT Program Coordinator
Dylan Bolton supports the Leadership Institute for Talent (LIFT). He helps advance LIFT’s workforce, talent, and leadership programs that position York County as a hub for talent and leadership excellence.
